RMA Return Policy
ArrowDirect.com requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns. You may initiate a return and request your RMA number by clicking here.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. RMA numbers will not be extended and will be closed upon expiration; you must contact us for a new RMA number if more than 30 days have passed since your initial RMA number was issued.
Once the RMA number has been issued, you will receive an email explaining the return process.
The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of all packages; multiple-box shipments must have the RMA number on all packages returned. Unauthorized or unmarked returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
It is your responsibility to make sure that we receive the product and that it arrives without any physical damage. To return your product, safely pack it and all the accessories into the original box in which it arrived. Please make sure that there is ample protective material around the product and any accessories. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and RMA and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Returns
You may return any product for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Items covered by this policy will be returned at your expense. You may choose any means of return shipping you wish; however, you must use your shipper’s tracking service, as well as insuring your return shipment. Whatever shipping method you choose will be at your expense. Make sure that you insure the product for the amount of your original purchase price.
All product(s) with Microsoft operating system software installed may be returned for a full refund or credit, excluding shipping fees and/or return shipping costs, within thirty days of date of sale if the buyer does not accept the License Terms for the operating system.
60-Day Functional Warranty Returns
If you experience a functional problem with your hardware within 60 days of date of purchase, you can return your item. Items covered by this policy may be eligible for free return shipping. Please contact us with a description of the problem. Once you contact ArrowDirect.com, we will first try to remedy the situation. In many cases a simple solution will solve the problem.
If we determine that warranty service is required, ArrowDirect.com will issue an RMA number and email a link to print a pre-paid return shipping label.

ArrowDirect.com does not accept return shipments without an RMA number. Packages that arrive without an RMA number will be returned unopened.
Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number of the original item (ArrowDirect.com documents all serial numbers). ArrowDirect.com also attaches an inventory tracking number to all items. Please leave all stickers attached to the unit.
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this policy, the product will be deemed not eligible for return; it may be returned to you or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
