In the event that there is a problem with the shipment, simply send an email to support@discountpc.net with your item number, contact information, and a description of the problem. You will be contacted back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions for the return of the item. You will be responsible for shipment of the item back to our facility. Replacement product will be provided promptly. In the event that replacement product is not available, you will be refunded on your purchase (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
